Expect My Class to be:

Full of music and rhythm. You will face new challenges and dynamic movements in every class, but you’ll also develop endurance, strength, stamina, speed, and determination along with esthetic results.


Favorite Post-Workout Meal:

Strawberry granola with Greek yogurt or a chocolate protein shake with spinach, Greek yogurt and frozen strawberries.


Key Fitness Advice:

Consistency and patience is key to a healthy long lasting life and does not promote short-term weight loss goals.

Intense, it's time to focus and dig deep! Light intensity and an unfocused workout generates little to no reward. Rewarding, see your body changing and feel more self-empowerment come with proper practice! Fun, mixing up different training styles, exercises and accessories to keep the fun going!


Favorite Post-Workout Meal:

You can't go wrong with a simple, straightforward protein shake just right after your workout.


Key Fitness Advice:

Most of your results will come from the proper mix between training, eating, and resting well.
